This tomato based chutney uses a myriad of spices to heat up your heart.

A versatile pantry staple can be used as a simple condiment with a ploughmans lunch or a marinade for a barbequed chicken breast. Just marinate the chicken breast ten minutes before cooking - if a milder flavour is more to your liking just add some plain yoghurt to your marinade.
